Handle with Care - Body Handling and Manipulation

Handle with Care - Body Handling and Manipulation

Handle with Care - Body Handling and Manipulation

Want to learn more about manipulation?

Meet Kat (she/her/Gottkaiserin) and leo (any pronouns) in Handle with Care.

This workshop is about body handling and physical control. How to guide someone, move them, turn them, hold them in place no matter their size - properly, not just with force.

We’ll work with touch, pressure and positioning to build control that actually works and feels intentional.

This includes hands-on exercises with touching, grabbing and applied pressure. You should be comfortable moving and being moved by the person of your choice.

Tension & Trust - Rope Play Power Dynamics

Handle with Care - Body Handling and Manipulation

Handle with Care - Body Handling and Manipulation

Fynn (she/he) & Agin (he/him) teach Shibari workshops together in the Ruhr area and organize the Living Ropes tying meetup, where emotional tying is the main focus. They are in a relationship and both switch.

Agin sees rope as a medium for the honest exchange of deep feelings. He combines a background as a pro dom and queer kinkster with influences from Japanese bondage, especially the Yukimura style. He has learned from various teachers, particularly shaped by Murasaki Haruan.

Fynn originally came to Shibari as a model and, based on this experience, started tying. He also works in the field of climbing and rope safety, which also feeds into his technical understanding of tying. She particularly enjoys erotic sessions that challenge the model and allow the mind to switch off.

Touch Lab - Consent through Dance

High Heel Domination - Walking Training

Latex Alchemy - Material and Care

Many urban dwellers give and receive a limited range of touch. There is touch between lovers (romantic, sexual), touch amongst friends (hugs, when saying hello or goodbye), parent-child or inter-sibling caring or playful touch within families; touch in contact sports (eg martial arts, rugby), in social dance (eg tango, lindy hop), in professional or medical contexts (eg receiving a haircut, a massage, getting measured by a tailor, visiting a doctor or therapist), or touch that erupts in physical fights/violence that we prefer not to condone.
These types of touch are limited in a way that does not have to be. What if touching someone’s eyelid is not part of a visit to an optician, but part of a social life that has a richer range of touch? What if we live in a world where one has options beyond “hug when happy, punch when threatened”? What if touch and body language take on a role in our interpersonal lives that is just as important, if not more so, than verbal language?
Not everyone enjoys or needs a lot of touch, but for anyone who is curious and wishes to explore a wider range of touch, in a consent-based, respectful environment - Touch Lab is here!

Colouring templates will be available with handdrawn prints from Corvo Tattoo Art 🫟

You are welcome to bring a few of your own materials if you have something specific in mind like certain brushes, a bag you want to decorate or any accessories.
